This governs your ongoing month-to-month subscription with Evergreen Enterprise Group. Please read before subscribing.

This agreement governs the ongoing subscription service between Evergreen Enterprise Group ("Evergreen") and the business subscribing to the Growth Tier ("Client"), whether that subscription begins following a free trial or directly through this website.
This is a month-to-month agreement with no long-term contract. Service begins on the date of subscription and renews automatically each month unless cancelled. Fees are $299/month, billed automatically via Stripe on the monthly anniversary of the start date. Standard SMS and usage fees are included at typical single-location volume; unusually high volume may incur additional fees, communicated to Client in advance.
Client may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no penalty, either through the self-service subscription management portal linked on this site, or by written or verbal notice to Evergreen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued, and no fee applies for cancelling.
All customer data provided by Client remains Client's property at all times. Client may request a full export of their data at any time during service. Upon cancellation, Evergreen will delete all Client data within 30 days unless Client requests an export first.
Evergreen may update or improve the service over time. Any material reduction in what's included in this tier will be communicated to Client in advance, with the option to cancel before the change takes effect. If Evergreen voluntarily discontinues service to Client, Evergreen will provide at least 30 days' written notice where reasonably possible, to allow Client time to transition to another provider.
Evergreen's total liability under this agreement, for any claim, is limited to the fees Client has paid in the preceding three (3) months. Evergreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.
By completing checkout and subscribing to the Growth Tier, Client agrees to the terms of this Service Agreement.
