This policy explains what information Evergreen Enterprise Group ("Evergreen," "we") collects through this website and our services, how it's used, and how it's protected. It applies to visitors to this site, business owners requesting a free trial or subscription, and the end customers of those businesses whose contact information is provided to us as part of the service.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- From website visitors: the information you submit through our trial request form — first name, last name, phone number, email, business name, trade/industry, and any optional message.
- From subscribing businesses: billing name, billing address, phone number, and payment details — collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not directly store or have access to full card numbers.
- From your customer lists: if you engage our service, we collect only the first name and phone number of the past customers you provide to us for review requests and missed-call text-back. We do not request or accept addresses, payment details, or any other personal data as part of this list.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to trial requests and provide the services described on this site
- To send automated review-request and missed-call text messages on behalf of subscribing businesses, to the customer lists they provide
- To process subscription billing through Stripe
- To communicate with subscribing businesses about their account, including monthly performance reports
We do not sell any information we collect, to anyone, for any purpose.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following third-party services to operate. Each processes a limited slice of information as part of delivering the service:
- GoHighLevel — the CRM and automation platform that sends text messages and manages customer conversations on behalf of subscribing businesses.
- Stripe — processes all subscription payments. Stripe's own privacy practices govern how payment information is handled.
- Web3Forms — processes trial request form submissions from this website and forwards them to us by email.
- Netlify — hosts this website.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Customer list data (names and phone numbers) provided for a free trial is permanently deleted within 5 business days if the business does not continue to a paid subscription, per our Free Trial Service Agreement. For active paid subscriptions, this data is retained for as long as the service is active, and deleted within 30 days of cancellation unless an export is requested first, per our Growth Tier Service Agreement.
5. Your Choices
- Any customer who receives a text message from our system may reply STOP at any time to be immediately and permanently removed from future messages.
- Subscribing businesses may request a full export or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us directly.
- Website visitors may request that we delete any information submitted through our trial request form by contacting us directly.
6. Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
7. Security
We limit the data we collect to what's strictly necessary to operate the service, and we do not request or store sensitive personal information such as addresses, financial account details, or government identification. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and is never directly accessible to us.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
