14-Day Free Trial Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms of the free 14-day trial ("Trial") between Evergreen Enterprise Group ("Evergreen") and the business requesting the trial ("Client").

1. What's Included

During the Trial, Evergreen will activate the following on Client's business, at no cost:

1. Missed Call Text-Back on Client's existing business phone line.
2. An automated Google review request sent to Client's provided list of past customers, delivered gradually (3-5 messages per day, not sent all at once).

2. Data Use

Evergreen will use only the first name and phone number of each customer on the list Client provides. No addresses, payment information, or other personal or business data will be requested, accessed, or stored.

3. No Payment Obligation

This Trial is free and creates no payment obligation of any kind. No card or payment method is required to begin. Client may end the Trial early at any time by written or verbal notice to Evergreen.

4. Data Deletion

If Client does not continue to a paid subscription within 5 business days of the Trial's end date, Evergreen will permanently delete all customer data provided by Client. No copy will be retained.

5. Opt-Out Rights

Any customer contacted during the Trial may reply STOP at any time to be immediately and permanently removed from all further communications.

6. Acceptance

By submitting the trial request form on this site, Client confirms they have the authority to provide the customer list described above and agrees to the terms of this Trial Agreement.
